The Team

RICHARD KEYSER
Vice President of Commercial Acquisitions and Development

Richard Keyser is responsible for managing the development of Toll Brothers Commercial including retail, office, and industrial undertakings. In addition, Mr. Keyser is the asset manager for Toll Brothers Realty Trust's existing commercial portfolio, including lease negotiations and property management. His responsibilities also include identifying and evaluating real estate opportunities for new investment acquisitions.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Mr. Keyser spent six years with Zell Partners, a Washington, DC-based real estate consulting firm. His responsibilities at Zell included construction management for the 60,000-square-foot Land Rover NA headquarters and National Public Radio's 300,000-square-foot headquarters in Washington, DC, as well as other major projects.

Mr. Keyser holds a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University, a Masters in Business Administration from American University, and a Graduate Diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics.

BRYAN E. OOS
Vice President of Development

Bryan E. Oos joined Toll Brothers in 2011 and is responsible for the acquisition and development of apartment properties in accordance with the Company's investment objectives.

Mr. Oos was previously a Vice President of Development at the Michaels Development Company where he was responsible for the day-to-day planning and management activities associated with the development of mixed-income, mixed-finance housing projects including site acquisition, securing local approvals, evaluating and securing necessary financing, and coordinating with various design professionals.

Prior to joining MDC, Mr. Oos was a Director of Development for Forest City Residential, a publicly traded real estate development company that focuses on mixed-income and mixed-use urban redevelopment projects. At Forest City, Mr. Oos managed various aspects of the development process including the acquisition and disposition of urban redevelopment sites in several states throughout the Northeast. In this capacity he focused largely on the adaptive re-use of historic structures, and worked to secure tax-exempt bond financing as well as state and federal low-income and historic tax credits.

Mr. Oos received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University, and holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Mr. Oos has been a member of the Urban Land Institute since 2000 where he has served on the Workforce Housing Committee of the Washington District Council and has volunteered for the Urban Plan program in New York City. Mr. Oos has guest lectured on inclusionary zoning at Columbia University and has been published in Urban Land magazine. Mr. Oos is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York.

MICHAEL JORDAN
Assistant Vice President & Controller

Michael Jordan joined Toll Brothers, Inc. in 1999, and directs all accounting activities of Toll Brothers Commercial and Toll Brothers Realty Trust. In addition, Mr. Jordan assists in the asset management of the existing portfolio and in the evaluation of new opportunities for acquisition.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Inc., Mr. Jordan worked at GMH Associates as a member of the student housing division, which managed a portfolio of properties throughout the United States. In addition, Mr. Jordan formerly was an auditor at Ernst & Young, where his clients included real estate companies such as Toll Brothers, Inc., Liberty Property Trust and Kravco Company.

Mr. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

ALEX ROSS
Director of Commercial Development, Virginia Division

Alex Ross's primary focus at Toll Brothers is the development of community retail and suburban office buildings within the many mixed-use projects being developed by Toll Brothers throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. In addition, Mr. Ross is focused on sourcing new development opportunities.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Mr. Ross established the Mid-Atlantic office for the Closter, New Jersey-based owner/developer of retail real estate, Lerner Heidenberg Properties, where he was responsible for sourcing the acquisition of new retail developments.

Mr. Ross holds a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
