Home Depot to Open State-of-The-Art Store in South Riding
May 9, 2006, Washington, DC—Toll Brothers Realty Trust and Madison Retail Group are pleased to announce that Home Depot has signed a lease for their newest state-of-the-art, 138,500 square-foot retail store and garden center at South Riding Market Square, located at the intersection of Route 50 and Loudoun County Parkway in South Riding, an award-winning Toll Brothers planned community in Loudoun County, Virginia. This mixed-use community with its popular hometown appeal now boasts over 4,200 families.
When complete, South Riding will comprise more than 6,000 homes. It is located within 4 miles of three other large communities totaling more than 10,500 homes.
The new Home Depot will be joining other national and regional retailers, including Giant Food, Caribou Coffee, Arts Plus Frame, Solace Salon & Day Spa, as well as numerous restaurants and neighborhood retailers such as Ruby Tuesday, The Firkin & Hound Pub, Great Falls Ice Cream, Thai Chili, San Vito Ristorante, Tropical Smoothie, and Rangoli Indian Restaurant. South Riding Market Square will feature over 550,000 square feet of high-profile retail once complete.
