New mixed use project offers city living with style
HOBOKEN, NJ –May 8 2006–Toll Brothers City Living, the urban development division of Toll Brothers, Inc., (NYSE: TOL) the nation's leading builder of luxury homes has awarded Metro Commercial Real Estate, the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, exclusive leasing agency for the retail component of Hudson Tea, a progressive mixed-use planned community located at the former American headquarters of the Lipton Tea Company.
Ideally situated at Hoboken's thriving north end, which boasts Hudson River waterfront views and easy accessibility to Manhattan, Hudson Tea is a master planned mixed use development with over 1,200 residences, 70,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 1,400 covered parking spaces. The retail component offers ground floor spaces ranging from 3,000 to 30,000 sq. ft. with occupancy scheduled to begin Fall 2008.
